AI features and service providers

When you use an AI-assisted feature, the information needed to provide that feature may be processed by our technology and service providers. We use providers that help us host, secure, analyse, and operate the app, and we require them to handle information only for authorised purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use wardrobe photos or personal content for advertising without your permission.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information associated with your account. You can also manage optional preferences from Data Settings.

• Update profile and wardrobe information from within the app.
• Turn optional analytics or communications preferences on or off.
• Request a copy of your data or request account deletion by emailing info@lively-events.ca.

Retention, security, and children

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

After we verify an account deletion request, we will delete the account and associated personal data from our active systems, except where a longer retention period is required by law or needed for a legitimate security or legal purpose. We will explain any information that must be retained.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Top Drawer Stylist is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

App stores and changes

If you download Top Drawer Stylist from the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may process download, device, payment, or account information under their own policies. This policy covers information handled by Lively Events through the app and our services.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page where appropriate.
