Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Lively Events Apps to Live By for your use of Top Drawer Stylist, our website, and related services. By creating an account, downloading, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you use the service on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Using the service

You may use Top Drawer Stylist for your personal, non-commercial wardrobe and style planning. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for activity that occurs through your account.

• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your place of residence.
• Keep your sign-in details private and tell us promptly if you believe your account is compromised.
• Use only content that you own or have permission to upload.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos, wardrobe details, notes, and other content you submit. You give us a limited licence to host, process, display, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide requested features.

You represent that your content does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law. We may remove content that creates security, legal, or safety risks.

AI-assisted suggestions

Top Drawer Stylist may provide AI-assisted outfit ideas, summaries, and style suggestions. These suggestions are for inspiration and convenience only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances and should not be treated as professional, medical, financial, or safety advice.

Please review suggestions before relying on them, especially where fit, accessibility, allergies, weather, or personal safety matter.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service or attempt to interfere with its operation. This includes:

• Using the service unlawfully, to harass others, or to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Uploading malware, scraping the service, reverse engineering it, or bypassing security or access controls.
• Using automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the service or misrepresents your identity.

Ownership and availability

The app, its design, software, brand, and original materials are owned by or licensed to Lively Events Apps to Live By and are protected by applicable law. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, at any time. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device.

To the extent permitted by law, Lively Events will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact

You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through Data Settings or by emailing info@lively-events.ca. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material violation of these Terms.
